Apple’s accelerator for MBEs on cutting-edge of green technology, clean energy

Apple is accepting applications for its 2022 Impact Accelerator, a program for Black-, Hispanic/Latinx- and Indigenous-owned companies on the cutting edge of green technology and clean energy

The program is an important component of Apple’s strategy to be 100% carbon neutral by 2030 and a part of its $130 million Racial Equity and Justice Initiative (REJI). It is designed as a capacity-building program for late-stage startups or mature firms and organizations that offer innovative solutions, applications and processes aligned with Apple’s three environmental priority areas: climate change, resources and smarter chemistry.

Apple Supplier Diversity helps drive the Impact Accelerator with a shared goal to increase diverse supplier development in environment and sustainability.

The 12-week program will be held virtually beginning in August 2022 and includes:

  • Targeted training
  • 1:1 mentorship
  • Executive training
  • Alumni network

Help Apple find its next cohort of successful entrepreneurs. Do you know business owners who might qualify for the company’s Impact Accelerator? Encourage them to learn more and apply by April 30
