Description of Contract:
The FHWA Office of Directors of Field Services
is accepting bids from Professional Engineering Servers to provide technical
and administrative support to the FHWA Divisions’ stewardship and oversight
responsibilities in administering Federal-aid highway projects that are funded
and awarded under the transportation bill (BIL).

Electrification Plan Admin Framework
Agency Information: Southern California Edison
Description of Contract:
SCE is seeking a Program Administrator to
implement behind-the-meter (BTM) transportation electrification (TE)
infrastructure programs with appropriate rebate levels for both light-duty (LD)
and medium- and heavy-duty (MDHD) vehicles along with marketing, education, and
outreach (ME&O) to ensure program success. Other activities include:
develop program and outreach materials, application processing and
verification, rebate payment, installation verification; develop program website,

Description of Contract: RFQ will be issued via GSA's Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number (SIN) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Information Technology.
The objectives of this effort are to provide
professional support, skills, services and knowledge required and necessary to
accomplish the tasks required by this SOW for the Office of Information and
Technology (AIT), Office of Information Security and Privacy (IS&P) which
centrally manages information security and privacy activities for the FAA. The
Security Governance Division serves as the authority for ensuring effective IT
security. These services include, but are not limited to, Security Architecture,
Information System, Security Officer, Intake, Security and Privacy Policy,
Technical Writer, General Support, Cloud Support, and Emergency Management. It
specifies the accountability framework, and ensures that security strategies
are aligned with business objectives, adhere to Security and Privacy policies,
internal controls, and are consistent with applicable laws and regulations. The
current system inventory includes approximately 200+ systems. In addition,
Governance acts as the managing conduit for interaction with the consumers of
the IS&P IT Shared Services.

CTIA Wireless Foundation
Catalyst seeks emerging social entrepreneurs
using the power of 5G and leading-edge wireless technologies to address
challenges in American communities. Up to six applicants will receive financial
and non-financial benefits, with a total of $205,000 awarded in grants,
including a first-place award of $100,000! Organizations whose leadership
primarily comprises BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), women, and
veterans are strongly encouraged to apply, and the deadline is March 7, 2023.
USBC x Grubhub
Restaurant Relief Grant
The U.S. Black Chambers and Grubhub partner to
provide grants to Black-owned restaurants, made possible by the Grubhub
Community Fund. The USBC Restaurant Grant Program helps restaurants receive
funding to seize business opportunities and address current challenges. The
program will offer over $500,000 in grants to Black-owned restaurants and
culinary-based businesses.
Barclays Small Business
Grant Contest
Small business ownership can be rewarding, challenging, liberating — a meaningful way to live out your dreams, or play an important role in your community. What’s your small business story? Tell Barclay's how you’re making that dream a reality. What motivates you? How do you make it happen every day? Winning stories will receive one of 60 cash prizes starting at $2,000, with a Grand Prize of $60,000. Deadline to apply is February 28, 2023.
FedEx Small Business
Grant Contest
FedEx offers an exciting opportunity for
minorities and small businesses with its annual business grant contest. Winners
can win up to $50,000 to expand and grow their businesses. The contest will
give out prizes to 12 lucky winning businesses, including: A Grand Prize of
$50,000 plus $7,500 in FedEx office printing services; A Second-Place prize of
$30,000 plus $5,000 in FedEx office printing services; 10 Third-Place prizes of
$15,000 plus $1,000 in FedEx office printing services.
