Three of the National Minority Supplier Development Council Inc.’s affiliate councils are offering a holiday gift box filled with a specially curated collection of products from their constituents this holiday season.
The Georgia MSDC, Michigan MSDC and Mid-States MSDC have joined forces to promote a unique holiday gift idea – an assortment of more than a dozen product offerings from minority business enterprises (MBEs) in five states.
Councils across the country are collaborating on innovative ways to work together and showcase the skills, products and capabilities of their MBE constituents. What better way to help MBEs grow than to expose them to new audiences through high-visibility promotional outreach? The gift box, an amazing value at $75 each, can be purchased online and will arrive before Christmas if ordered by Dec. 14.
This partnership is just one example of how the affiliates work together to optimize their resources to empower communities across the network. Not only does this offering give MBEs exposure to new customers, but it also raises the profile of the participating firms, while generating a revenue stream that will be plowed back into the minority business community.
Stacey Key, president and CEO of GMSDCC, and chair of the NMSDC’s Affiliate Presidents Committee, is excited about the collaborative spirit that exists among the affiliates.
“We accomplish great things when we work together across geographic boundaries to support one another and promote our awesome MBEs while doing business in a way that is both more efficient and highly effective,” she said. “I am so grateful to my peers for coming together to expand our collective reach through partnership. There is more to come in 2022, as we continue to take intentional action that strengthens our network and our communities.”
The holiday gift box is a significant way to support minority business this holiday season by purchasing the products and services of companies that have a profound impact on communities of color. Place your orders soon to ensure delivery by Christmas.
