(MBN USA) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WE USA) are pleased to salute its
2023 Best of the Decade 100. These corporate honorees are the best of the best
in supply chain diversity — excelling in their staunch commitment to minority
business development and inclusion.
This prestigious list
celebrates outstanding supplier diversity programs that consistently drive
progress and incomparable innovation in the supply chain.
The 2023 Best of the
Decade 100 is part of a series of special sections throughout the year to help
mark TexCorp Communications’ 35th anniversary. Don McKneely started the company
in 1988 with the launch of MBN USA. In 1992, he started WE USA.

Methodology
The 2023 Best of the
Decade 100 honorees were chosen by the MBN USA’s and WE USA’s editorial teams
based on their scores against a set of key indicators including:
• Impactful promotion of
supplier diversity to improve his or her company’s business performance.
• Identification of
strategic opportunities to include and grow diverse suppliers.
• Creation of a positive
environment for procurement employees.
• Encouragement of
innovative ideas among employees and suppliers.
