Houghton among Business Insider’s 100 People Transforming Business


Jill Houghton, president and CEO of Disability:IN has been named to Business Insider's 100 People Transforming Business.

 

“Hiring people with disabilities gives companies a competitive edge in product innovation and their ability to market to a wider and more diverse audience,” Houghton said.

                                                               

“Companies that do a better job at tapping into the talent pool of people with disabilities will create a more inclusive culture that attracts a younger generation of workers and creates richer and more diverse experiences for everyone,” she added.
