LEAD YP is a six-month leadership development program

YP develops the Dallas region’s future leaders by providing ambitious young professionals with the opportunity to build relationships, serve the community, and engage with political, civic, and business leaders.

Young Professionals (YP) is a 300+ member organization aimed at engaging an emerging group of future leaders who are committed to personal growth, career advancement, civic engagement, and service to the Dallas region. YP membership is open to people from all industries between the ages of 22 and 40. We represent a diverse range of companies, backgrounds and ideas. Membership is rolling and lasts twelve months from the date of sign-up, so you can join today!

Benefits of joining YP include:

• Connect with a diverse network of peers and local business and community leaders through professional networking opportunities and social events held throughout the year.
• Grow your leadership skills through exclusive professional development workshops and programs.
• Engage with elected officials, research, discuss, and provide input on the critical policy issues that impact the workforce today.
