Remembering WBENC President and CEO Pam Prince-Eason

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Pamela Prince-Eason, our beloved leader, colleague, mentor, and friend.

Pam’s leadership as President and CEO of WBENC [Women's Business Enterprise National Council] for over a decade shaped not only this organization but also the lives and businesses of hundreds of thousands of women entrepreneurs, corporate professionals and people across the country and beyond. Her vision was bold and unwavering: to build a world where women-owned businesses could thrive and lead.

Beyond the programs, partnerships, and progress, Pam led with heart. She connected with people personally, believed deeply in the power of community, and inspired all of us with her energy, integrity, and genuine care for others.

On behalf of the entire WBENC family, we extend our deepest sympathies to Pam’s loved ones. We are grateful for her life, her leadership, and the lasting impact she made on all of us.
