Keeping supply chains
efficient and resilient is no easy task. Leading a procurement team is a
multi-disciplinary effort that requires leads to manage costs, technology,
transportation, labor and regulatory requirements. Diversity, equity and
inclusion has challenges of its own. Throw in warehousing and global logistical
issues, along with a marketplace still roiling from the aftereffects of
