The center will help MBEs, Native-owned businesses reach global markets

The National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (The National Center) will host an open house for its new Arizona Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Export Center Dec. 9, 2021, 4—6 p.m. MST, at The National Center’s Mesa, Arizona headquarters.

The open house is an opportunity for potential partners and those looking to do business outside the United States to learn more about the Arizona MBDA Export Center and other National Center programs. To ensure social distancing, open house attendance will be limited to the first 60 registrants.

The National Center was among one of four organizations awarded a five-year, $400,000 per-year grant to operate an MBDA Export Center. MBDA Export Centers provide technical assistance and business development to Minority Business Enterprises looking to enter the global business market.

The National Center-operated Arizona MBDA Export Center recently launched its first program, the International Trade 101 webinar series. The series is available free of charge and will provide tips and information for businesses interested in export markets, opportunities for MBEs, and more.
