• Supplier of the Year – Class II (revenues between $1 million and $10 million): AtWork Personnel
• Supplier of the Year – Class III (revenues between $10 million and $50 million): Today’s Business Solutions
• Supplier of the Year – Class IV (revenues greater than $50 million): lapetus Holdings LLC
• Chairman’s Award, Ed Ryland, president, ARVO Realty Advisors
• 2023 Hall of Fame Award Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner

Note: There was no winner for Supplier of the Year – Class I (revenues less than $1 million) this year.
