The SCMSDC RISE Program is a transformative
business development initiative created to help minority business enterprises
(MBEs) strengthen their operations, scale strategically, and sustain long-term
success. Through expert-led workshops, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences,
RISE equips participants with the tools, strategies, and relationships needed
to compete and thrive in today’s business landscape.

across Southern California to reach new heights of growth and innovation.
Over the course of the program, our Cohort 12 participants
have demonstrated remarkable dedication, resilience, and vision. They’ve

their capacity to lead with excellence and impact. Their achievements will be proudly celebrated as they graduate from the RISE Program marking not
